## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Metro Centre, a busy shopping destination. As a Customer Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the café runs smoothly, and providing great food and drink recommendations.

Your tasks will include:

- Providing fast and efficient service, even during peak periods

- Maintaining high food safety standards

- Working effectively as part of a team to meet customer needs

- Adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities

- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. You'll need to be available to work on Sundays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 11:00 to 15:00.

As a brand ambassador, you'll represent M&S and provide five-star service to our customers. If you're digitally confident, able to work well under pressure, and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
