## Description

We are seeking a Group Manager to lead and build up a new group within Vattenfall Power Solutions. The group will focus on hydro power and will initially consist of around 15 employees. As a Group Manager, you will have a central role in building, developing, and scaling up the group, establishing long-term collaborations with partners and customers, leading and developing employees, and ensuring the right competence, good work environment, and goal achievement.

The ideal candidate has a university or civil engineering degree in a relevant field, documented experience of leadership or management in a technical organization, and excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Experience in construction, concrete, mechanical and process, or electrical and I&C is an advantage.
