## Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for coding and unit testing instructions for computer programs, performing analysis to ensure efficient use of computer resources, and recommending appropriate changes as necessary.

Essential Job Functions

- Code instructions for computer programs/objects/components

- Configure packaged software

- Test and implement all changes to ensure they meet specifications

- Document and implement programs according to installation standards and conventions

- Quality check program code, related objects and documentation

- Respond to Production Support issues

- Work with business as required

- Analyze programs to ensure that they efficiently use computer and storage resources; recommend appropriate changes as necessary

- Conduct preliminary estimates/Rough Order of Magnitude for the level of effort of new/change to application functionality

- Analyze and make recommendations for the need for system backup, security, restart/recovery, balancing & controls; recommend approaches for meeting such needs

- Analyze and document the requirements and approaches to data conversion and data modeling

Requirements

- Java and NodeJS (Java Backend) and Angular

- Certification is a plus on Java/Angular/NodeJS
