## Description

As a Retail Sales Associate at Corsair's Valley Fair Mall store, you'll be the heartbeat of our customer experience. This in-person role involves connecting with people, driving sales through relational selling, and sharing your enthusiasm for gaming and technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming customers with a friendly attitude and offering personalized solutions.

- Excel in relational selling, building trust with customers and recommending suitable Corsair products.

- Demonstrate product knowledge, becoming an expert on Corsair's product lineup and sharing that knowledge with confidence.

- Demo products effectively, engaging customers with hands-on demonstrations.

- Drive sales success, actively contributing to sales goals and closing deals.

- Maintain an inviting and organized sales floor, reflecting Corsair's commitment to quality.

- Collaborate with fellow associates and store leadership to share ideas and support daily operations.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

- Preferred: prior retail or customer service experience.

- Strong communication and people skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.

- Comfort with standing for long periods and light lifting.

- Passion for gaming, technology, and the Corsair brand.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Familiarity with gaming/tech products is a plus.
