We're building a team where everyone can grow fast , and now we’re looking for a Junior Recruiter ready to start this journey.

As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll work side by side with experienced recruiters, learn sourcing tools and hiring processes from scratch.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Full recruitment cycle , from sourcing and first contact to pre-boarding of candidates.

- Work with ATS (Ashby), dashboards, and automation tools to keep processes structured.

- Cooperate with hiring managers, adjust and improve search strategies.

- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure smooth communication with candidates.

- Create a positive candidate experience and contribute to the employer brand development.

To be a great fit for this role, you should have:

- 0.5–2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (or strong motivation to start your career in this field).

- Proactivity and the ability to manage your time effectively.

- Excellent communication skills.

- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.

- Desire to learn fast, take initiative, and grow into a full-cycle recruiter.
