## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Gravesend, Kent. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service to customers

- Assist customers with purchases, respond to queries, and resolve issues

- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including shelves, floors, and equipment

- Support colleagues with tasks and responsibilities

- Use digital tools to enhance customer experience and perform job tasks

- Develop knowledge of products, services, and promotions to make recommendations to customers

**Contract Details:**

- Part-time role with 30 hours per week

- Fixed-term assignment until 01/02/2027

- Availability required on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 10:00 and 18:00
