## Description

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Kings Oak and Cavell Hospitals in Enfield. As part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the facilities of our hospitals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a painting and decorating service to our facilities, including internal and external aspects of the premises. This will involve:

- Providing touch-up and fabric refurbishment services on a reactive and rolling programme basis

- Offering competent advice on redecoration and fabric repair requirements throughout the facilities

- Ensuring redecoration in line with Circle Health Group property lease obligations

- Complying with all relevant mandatory training

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- A current Construction Safety Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card at the appropriate level of qualification

- Training in high working, including PASMA/ladder use

- Ability to hang various types and styles of wall coverings

- Experience working alongside contractors and others

- Basic understanding of health and safety guidelines and applicable law
