Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remarkable service to customers, making sure they feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Be aged 18 or over due to early morning working hours

- Be digitally confident and able to use digital tools effectively

- Be a team player with excellent communication skills

- Ability to work flexibly across different areas of the store

Working Pattern:

- Sunday: 05:00 - 09:00

- Wednesday: 04:00 - 08:00

- Thursday: 04:00 - 08:00

- Saturday: 04:00 - 08:00

Additional Information:

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added to hours worked between 22:00-06:00
