## Description

The starting pay range for this position per hour is $24.25 - $26.25, with a full pay range of $24.25 - $41.25 per hour.

As a Property Management Lead at Target, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organisation's physical assets are well-maintained and functional. You will lead a team to identify and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets and equipment, work with vendors, and influence store teams to align with property management priorities and financial goals.

Responsibilities:

- Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.

- Ensure every team member understands and consistently delivers on Target's guest experience commitments and operations.

- Actively observe and provide feedback to team members, recognising great guest experience moments.

- Review area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Utilise technology to create, troubleshoot, prioritise, and safely complete work orders.

- Perform preventive maintenance on building assets and equipment, including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety power systems, and electrical.

- Follow safety procedures and training, use personal protective equipment, and ensure a safe work environment.

- Teach and train store teams to follow safety procedures.

- Identify and perform corrective maintenance on building assets.

- Inform and engage store leadership teams on property management workload priorities.

- Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing best practices.

- Evaluate store brand and ensure assets and vendor performance meet maintenance and functionality standards.

- Assist in executing special projects, remodels, and supporting property management assets and service strategies.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- 1+ year of technical education in areas such as electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC, or plumbing, and/or experience working in related areas.

- Basic technical skills and general experience working with property assets.

- Proficiency in operating power tools, HVAC, wet/dry vacuum, and other powered equipment.

- Strong skills in managing vendor relationships and achieving quality service results.

- Effective communication skills and ability to use technology and multiple communication devices.

- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks independently.

- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
