## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Kingsley Village, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapting to changing demands and priorities in a dynamic retail setting

As a Customer Assistant, you will be expected to:

- Work a variety of shifts, including Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

- Be flexible and willing to work up to full-time hours during peak periods, specifically in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- Provide confident recommendations and sell M&S Food products to customers

- Stay sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods, ensuring seamless customer experiences
