## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Leeds White Rose store. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 08:00-12:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

In this role, you will be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service at pace and embracing the transformation M&S is driving. You will be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who takes pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and is ready to recommend and sell new products to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment and working across various areas of the store

As a Customer Assistant, you will be a key part of the Retail team, helping to drive growth in sales and introducing innovative experiences to customers.
