## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing premium customer service to tenants and visitors in a commercial building.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and provide premium customer service to tenants and visitors in Commercial Building

- Handle enquiries of customers and visitors at the lobby/reception/main entrance

- Visit/communicate with the tenants

- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

- DSE or above

- Candidate with hospitality experience in commercial building would be a definite advantage

- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

- Mature, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

- Presentable, cheerful and with positive thinking attitude

- Holder of Security Personnel Permit, QAS cert and Safety card

- Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.

- Fresh graduate will also be considered
