## Description

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Customer Experience team. The role involves working closely with customers to solve complex problems, accelerate adoption, and drive real business outcomes with Grafana.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted technical partner, providing white-glove support, best practices, and proven strategies to help customers succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working with customers to understand their business needs and distill them into technical requirements

- Designing solutions, including data visualisation, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture

- Providing high-impact training, jumpstarting engagements, and offering tailored technical consulting

- Collaborating with internal teams to identify recurring issues, monitor support needs, and advocate for product improvements

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams

- Direct experience with observability

- Best practices for using and deploying an observability stack

- Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and Grafana products

- Excellent communication skills

The base compensation range for this role in Germany is 109,700 EUR - 131,600 EUR.
