## Description

We are seeking a skilled Composite Trimmer to join our team in Brackley. As a Composite Trimmer, you will play a crucial role in the efficient running of our department, meeting job timescales and demand while maintaining the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Trimming, bonding, and assembling carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build manuals

- Checking information on drawings and route card instructions for accuracy

- Contributing to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

- Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and tidy workspace

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

- Problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with engineering drawings is an advantage, but not essential
