## Description

You will lead a team as a Store Manager at Wolt, guiding and developing Grocery Associates and Shift Leads to ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, inventory, and stock management, as well as hiring, training, and providing feedback to team members.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations, including freshness, inventory, and stock management

- Develop and improve store operations to ensure fast delivery and efficient processes

- Lead, grow, and motivate the team, creating an environment for colleagues to excel

- Manage shift scheduling, monitor shrink levels, and implement changes from the global team

- Collaborate with local service providers and ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:

- Leadership experience and ability to motivate others

- Experience in a grocery store is a plus

- Fast learner with multitasking abilities

- Tech-savvy and proactive with a service-minded approach

- Fluent in English and Latvian

- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Data-driven and analytical mindset
