The Director of Product Management - Enterprise AI/ML will lead a product team spanning the Machine Learning and AI platforms at Capital One, and will be responsible for the capabilities that enable Capital One associates to train and serve Models and Generative/Agentic AI applications that power our business.

We are looking for a technical product leader with a proven history of building products and experiences for data scientists and software developers. This individual will have domain expertise in AI/ML technologies for Data Scientists and familiarity with emerging infrastructure and autonomous multi-agent systems for Generative AI application development.

- Define Generative AI and ML Platform vision and strategy

- Continuously evolve the platforms of industry-leading AI/ML capabilities while maintaining a pristine user experience for our highly talented innovators

- Partner strategically with adjacent platform leaders to maintain a cohesive and integrated enterprise platform ecosystem that adapts to a changing world

- Unlock game-changing value across the business, while generating real-time, intelligent experiences for our customers

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

- 7+ years of experience within a large, data-intensive multi-line of business environment with significant complexity and scale

- 3+ years of experience in people leadership

- 5+ years of experience in innovative technology environments that embrace public cloud (e.g., AWS) and open source technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Spark, Ray, LangChain)

- 3+ years experience building business-critical AI and Machine Learning products

- Experience in AI Risk Management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.

- New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management

- San Francisco, CA: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management
