As an Implementation Consultant, Embedded Finance, you will play a key role in transforming new customers into power users by leading the onboarding experience for companies adopting Brex Empower. You will work closely with the Business Development team to launch new embedded partnerships and configure complex integrations. Your goal will be to deliver customer experiences that genuinely delight and ensure successful onboarding and configuration of embedded services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading implementation work streams for embedded services across all customer segments

- Owning end-to-end implementation for embedded-only customer projects

- Partnering with the BD team on net-new embedded partnership launches

- Configuring embedded services in coordination with partner tech specs and Brex

- Providing consultative guidance to customers to ensure embedded tools are correctly deployed

Requirements include:

- 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, integration, or technical consulting

- Familiarity with embedded finance or third-party SaaS integrations

- Strong communication and execution skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity

Compensation includes a salary range of $119,328 - $149,160 USD, depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
