## Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst – AVP - Customer Onboarding, Compliance & Surveillance Systems to support business initiatives and deliver effective solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Wealth and Private Banking, customer onboarding, financial crime compliance, and business analysis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and analyse business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation

- Develop business requirements to address business problems and opportunities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations

- Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions

- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions

- Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget

- Create operational design and process design to ensure proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope

- Support change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation

**Assistant Vice President Expectations:**

- Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness

- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function

- Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives, appraisal of performance relative to objectives and determination of reward outcomes

**Requirements:**

- Knowledge of Wealth and Private Banking business and the products offered in Wealth

- Knowledge of Customer Onboarding for UHNI clients, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process, Sanctions, PEP, and FATCA

- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), including Transaction Monitoring and Trade Surveillance

- Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Manager and/or Project Manager

- Ability to work as an individual contributor

**Desirable Skills:**

- MS SQL knowledge preferred

- Knowledge of Application Security, APIs, Vulnerability Assessment, and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
