## Description

We are seeking a Sales & Artistry Coordinator to represent Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in the New York City area.

As a Sales & Artistry Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving financial results, educating and providing exceptional customer service, and developing a winning team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving sales growth and achieving sales targets

- Providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Charlotte Tilbury brand

- Developing and implementing sales strategies

- Managing and training a team of retail employees

- Maintaining excellent relationships with retail partners

- Analyzing business performance and suggesting improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- 2+ years of beauty industry experience

- 2+ years of beauty retail management experience

- Intermediate MS Office skills

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills

- Strong communication and influencing skills
