## Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an apprentice in Group Underwriting & Quotation. As an apprentice, you will play a critical role in supporting our underwriting and quotation processes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare information for shareholder, Board of Commissioner, and Board of Director for each submitted policy and send to AML Team for approval

- Prepare Risk Scoring Forms for each submitted policy and send to AML Team for approval

- Prepare monthly listings of policies processed

- Check completion of SPAK, KYC, and KYN documents for each submitted policy

- Verify consistency of information between SPAK and legal documents

- File all checked documents for each policy

- Support new system enhancements

**Requirements:**

- Final year student or fresh graduate from Economics or Law

- Willing to work from home (2x a week) and office (3x a week) in South Jakarta area

- Committed to a 6-month internship

- Good English language skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
