## Description

As part of the Vattenfall group, we bring the energy transition to our customers: we offer connected energy solutions with heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, energy storage, and charging stations.

We are looking for a Project Manager in the Photovoltaic Department in Recklinghausen. Your tasks will include:

- Project management for photovoltaic, battery storage, and charging infrastructure solutions for single-family homes, two-family homes, and small multi-family houses

- Reviewing and approving technical planning and providing feedback on necessary adjustments

- Cost calculation compared to our installation partners based on performance specifications

- Accompanying the implementation of concrete projects

- Responsibility for the realization of photovoltaic solutions (including battery, charging station, energy management, and optional heat pump) from customer order to turnkey realization

- Close collaboration with our planning team and customer service

- Controlling installation partners and technical service providers through our digital platform VLINK

- Support in onboarding new installation partners together with our partner management team

- Ensuring timely, professional execution with the goal of high customer satisfaction

- Quality control regarding processes, standards, and guidelines as well as consistent enforcement of accident prevention regulations and HSSE standards

- Support in training sales staff and clarifying technical questions within the sales and processing process

Requirements:

- Enthusiasm and drive to actively promote the energy transition

- Technical background (completed engineering studies, master craftsman, technical training, etc.)

- Technical understanding in the field of decentralized energy solutions and sector coupling (especially PV, battery storage, e-charging infrastructure, heat pump, energy management systems)

- Initial industry experience in the field of decentralized photovoltaic and battery solutions as well as heating or cooling technology is desirable

- Structured, independent work style

- Good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team

- Safe handling of MS Office

- Fluent German language skills in writing and speech
