## Description

Llanarth Court in Raglan is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their team.

The successful candidate will be part of a compassionate team committed to patient wellbeing, using proven therapies to help individuals move forward with confidence and build a healthier future.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Accurately observe and engage with patients to assess their needs and evaluate progress

- Monitor and review nursing care plans

- Evaluate and respond to changes in patients' conditions and needs

- Deal proactively with suggestions and complaints from patients and their families/carers

- Contribute to a team approach to patient care with the multi-disciplinary team

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**

- Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with 6-12 months post-registration experience

- Active NMC registration and successful completion of a preceptorship programme

- Sound knowledge of NMC guidelines, standards, and professional practices

- Evidence of continued professional development

- Positive attitude and strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
