We're looking for a Manager, Agency Premier Academy who is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering capability-building programs that enhance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, leadership capabilities, and customer service excellence for AIA agents, agency leaders, and business partners, ultimately driving business growth and agency productivity.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

- Training Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans aligned with regional business priorities.

- Training Delivery & Facilitation: Lead and deliver core training programs for New Agents, Agency Leaders, Premier Agency Leaders, Agency Executives, and other development initiatives.

- Team Leadership & Capability Development: Lead, coach, and develop the regional team of Agency Trainers.

- Business Partnering: Partner with Regional Business Heads, the Agency Development team, Agency Leaders, Distribution Management, and relevant support functions to address capability needs and business challenges.

- Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Measure training effectiveness using defined KPIs.

- Coaching & Field Development (New Agent Success): Conduct field observations and coaching sessions for new agent success.

- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all training activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, Ministry of Finance guidelines, and AIA learning standards.

- Project & Change Management: Support strategic transformation initiatives and lead regional implementation of new learning programs, digital learning solutions, and capability frameworks.

**Job Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Education, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of management experience

- At least 6 years of experience in the insurance industry, financial services sector, or other sales-driven organizations.

- Experience with training management systems; Power BI, AI adoption or database development experience is an advantage

- Data analysis and reporting

- Training operations management

- Strong organizational and coordination skills

- Demonstrated leadership and team management

- Strong attention to detail

- Effective communication and stakeholder management

- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
