## Description

We are seeking a Pro Care Business Manager to lead our Pro Care business in Bangalore. As a Pro Care Business Manager, you will drive growth across AOEM-authorized dealerships, work closely with 3M-authorized channel partners to achieve primary sales targets, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders at dealerships.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the Pro Care business based out of Bangalore

- Drive growth for Pro Care businesses across AOEM-authorized dealerships

- Work closely with 3M-authorized channel partners to achieve primary sales targets

- Drive secondary sales at the dealership level through regular engagement, follow-ups, and business planning

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at dealerships, including Dealer Principals, Service Heads, Body Shop Managers, and Parts Managers

- Identify new business opportunities and improve product penetration across assigned accounts

- Ensure timely order planning, execution, and coordination with channel partners

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth

- Conduct regular dealership visits to review performance, resolve concerns, and strengthen engagement

- Support new product introductions and ensure adoption of relevant 3M solutions at dealership level
