## Description

As a Service Team Leader at Morrisons, you will be the driving force behind the front end of store operations. You will bring a proactive approach to keep things running smoothly across checkouts, customer service, kiosks, and car parks.

Responsibilities:

- Be visible on the shop floor, staying out front with your team, using headsets to jump in quickly, support colleagues, and keep queues moving.

- Lead a friendly, helpful team, building an encouraging team culture where colleagues feel trusted, listened to, and recognised.

- Keep standards high, safe, and legal, ensuring daily processes, cash handling, and legal obligations are followed.

- Use data to make good calls, looking at store reports and dashboards to spot what's working, fix problems, and improve the checkout experience.

- Keep waste down, helping to keep the department tidy and organised.
