We're looking for ambitious people who believe in playing an important part in shaping that future. As a 管理培训生-数字化创新部, you will be involved in digital platform and content operation planning, cross-platform communication and cooperation, project progress management, and regular reporting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Participate in digital platform and content operation planning based on business orientation and departmental needs;

- Implement cross-platform communication and cooperation with marketing and client applications;

- Manage project progress and report regularly;

- Write project plans and progress reports.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, actuarial science, or related fields;

- Fit AIA's culture and values: humble, down-to-earth, and having a win-win mindset;

- Excellent English skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking;

- Strong goal planning, adaptability, learning innovation, resilience, and self-motivation;

- Able to accept remote and cross-departmental rotation work.
