## Description

Join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant in an outpatient rehab setting. As a PRN staff member, you will work alongside our licensed therapists to provide high-quality patient care. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and build your skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist licensed therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes

- Develop and implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed therapist

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Completion of a physical therapist assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)

- Current licensure as a physical therapist assistant in the state of Illinois

- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications:

- Previous experience as a physical therapist assistant

- Certification in a specialty area such as orthopedics or pediatrics

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
