## Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Employee to join our team at 3M's Grassobbio facility in Italy.

As a Warehouse Employee, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the efficient management of logistics flows.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Operating in the logistics/warehouse area, supporting the efficient management of logistics flows

- Supporting operational and administrative activities related to incoming goods, storage, and internal movement

- Contributing to the preparation of shipments and control of associated documentation

- Ensuring accuracy in data entry and management, in accordance with company procedures

- Promoting continuity of logistics service, supporting internal and external customer needs

- Working in full compliance with site safety regulations, contributing to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge of logistics processes

- SAP knowledge

- High school diploma

- Previous experience as a logistics or production operator with knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes

Additional skills that may be beneficial include:

- Specific knowledge of SAP modules EWM, TM, ECC

- Logistics-related studies

- English language proficiency

The role offers a salary between €34,000 and €37,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
