## Description

We are seeking a Verification & Validation Engineer to join our team in the Gothenburg region, working on electrified mobility projects. As a V&V Engineer, you will verify and validate advanced electro-mobility systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-performing products. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and contribute throughout the verification and validation process.

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze, review, and manage system requirements

- Develop test plans, test strategies, and verification concepts

- Execute functional, system, and integration tests

- Work in laboratory and test cell environments

- Perform vehicle testing and environmental validation

- Collect, analyze, and evaluate test data

- Investigate deviations and identify improvement opportunities

- Document and present test results to technical teams and project stakeholders

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry

- At least 2 years of experience working with electro-mobility systems

- Experience in test case definition, test execution, and reporting

- Experience developing test plans and test structures

- Experience working with requirements management tools

- Experience working with data acquisition and analysis tools

- Experience with CAN-based communication and diagnostic tools

- Fluent English, spoken and written

- Valid European Class B driving license

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with Swedish language skills

- Requirements management and diagnostic tools (e.g., SystemWeaver, CarWeaver, ATI Vision, ETAS INCA)

- CAN communication, testing, and simulation tools (e.g., CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL, dSPACE)

- HIL systems and automated testing

- MATLAB, Simulink, TargetLink, Python, and modern development toolchains (GitLab, Gerrit, Jenkins)

- Jira, Confluence, and collaborative development environments
