## Description

We are seeking a Small Format Team Member to join our team. As a Small Format Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience, and anticipating guest needs. You will work in a fast-paced, highly active, and physically demanding role, requiring teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving.

**Responsibilities:**

- Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience

- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues

- Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas

- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests

- Assist with truck unload process and stock product to the sales floor

- Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments

- Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately

- Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

- Support execution of major transitions

- Maintain interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness

- Accurately execute all Fills and process all inbound deliveries

- Complete all backroom weekly audits

- Operate power equipment only if certified

- Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy

- Follow processes accurately with attention to detail and prioritize tasks

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Work in a safe manner at all times and comply with all safety policies

- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-up
