## Description

Join our Central Fulfillment Team at Intermountain Health and help ensure patients receive their home delivery prescriptions safely and on time. This is an on-site, warehouse-style pharmacy support role focusing on packing and shipping prescription orders in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with ordering, restocking, cashiering, and clerical duties under pharmacist supervision.

- Provide excellent customer service and answer phone inquiries.

- Maintain required records in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.

- Identify, communicate, and appropriately escalate concerns while supporting quality and patient safety initiatives.

- Participate in meetings and process improvement activities to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

- Demonstrate Intermountain Health's mission, vision, values, and service standards.

- Perform assigned duties with accuracy, flexibility, and attention to detail.

**Requirements:**

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Carrying, hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, seeing, climbing, crawling, speaking, squatting/kneeling, standing, walking as needed to perform job duties.
