## Description

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join their store leadership team in Stanford, Palo Alto. The Floor Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the store by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

- Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience

- Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Participate in inventory management, order fulfillment, and store organization

- Support in maintaining organizational integrity of the back of house and display inventory

- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail technology

- Participate in identifying and escalating opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

- Participate in merchandising, visual presentation, and store maintenance

- Support in onboarding new talent and assessing employee performance

- Build healthy relationships with employees and establish a positive work environment

Requirements:

- Experience in a high-volume retail environment

- Adaptable with excellent organization and analytical skills

- Critical thinking ability to identify potential challenges and develop action plans

- Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
