## Description

We are seeking a Fiscal Technical Support Agent to join our team in Campinas, Brazil. As a key player in supporting our clients, you will ensure an excellent experience and contribute to the continuous evolution of our solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide functional support to clients for the Fiscal Writing and Accounting modules of the Domínio system via phone

- Ensure clarity, objectivity, and precision in the information provided to clients

- Focus on efficient problem resolution and client satisfaction

- Understand the client's journey and direct them according to their needs

- Intermediates requests for improvements and corrections with the Product teams

- Promote and practice Thomson Reuters values and behaviours

- Stay up-to-date on the solutions offered and current legislation

**Requirements:**

- Reside in Campinas or nearby cities, with availability for hybrid work

- Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related areas; candidates without a degree are also welcome

- Ease of working with goals and focus on results

- Adaptability to structured processes and routines

- Good communication, empathy, and teamwork skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in the Fiscal and/or Accounting areas

- Knowledge of the Domínio solution
