## Description

As a Field Chief Technology Officer (Field CTO) at 1Password, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers, influencing enterprise technology leaders and accelerating adoption of the 1Password platform.

You will partner with executive buyers, enterprise architects, developers, and security practitioners to solve complex identity and access challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and technical decision-makers across Fortune 500 organizations

- Participating in executive briefings, architecture reviews, and strategic workshops

- Providing technical leadership throughout the sales cycle

- Developing repeatable technical motions, executive messaging, and reference architectures

- Mentoring senior Solutions Engineers and elevating the technical capabilities of the field

- Influencing product strategy through customer engagement and market insights

- Representing 1Password externally through conference speaking, thought leadership, and industry events

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or technical leadership roles, with demonstrated success influencing executive technology leaders and deep technical expertise in identity, access management, and cloud security.

In terms of compensation, the annual base salary for this role is between $228,000 USD and $342,000 USD, and is commission-eligible.
