## Description

We are seeking an experienced ETF Sales Specialist to join our Xtrackers CCD France team. You will contribute to accelerating our growth across key French client segments, developing and executing a targeted commercial strategy focused on digital distributors, insurance platforms, private banks, family offices, IFAs, fund selectors, and institutional allocators.

Your responsibilities:

- Develop and grow relationships across key French client segments

- Promote the full Xtrackers ETF range and identify product placement opportunities

- Execute a structured commercial plan to meet annual NNA targets and expand market penetration

- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, onboarding, and follow-up with strong coordination across internal teams

- Deliver client education and market insights to position Xtrackers as a trusted ETF partner

- Represent Xtrackers at client meetings and industry events while maintaining rigorous CRM and pipeline reporting

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of ETFs, financial markets, and investment products

- Proven track record in business development/client facing (5-10 years' sales experience)

- Confirmed commercial drive and ability to grow professional client relationships

- Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills

- High level of autonomy, organization, and CRM discipline

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
