Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remarkable service to customers, making them feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

Work Pattern:

- Saturday: 05:00-09:00

- Wednesday: 18:00-22:00

- Thursday: 18:00-22:00

Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. A £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added to hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
