## Description

We are seeking a Manager Data Analytics to develop and implement overarching programs, establish controls, and processes to mitigate risks across Global Payment Network (GPN). You will drive strategy, build models, and lead a team of junior analysts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Drive current and future strategy by leveraging analytical skills

- Build and use models to test and validate data

- Work with vast amounts of data in new and evolving environments

- Grow and develop the brand in new and emerging markets

- Leverage analytics to create a customer experience above peers

- Lead a team of talented junior analysts

- Collaborate across business units

- Work with top talent in a fast-paced environment

**Day-to-Day:**

- Mine data to arrive at crucial information

- Identify and implement process improvements

- Work with large and complex databases

- Improve operational efficiencies

- Conduct analysis to evaluate processes and tests

- Extract and analyze data to gauge product offerings

- Consult on design and implementation of new production and data storage systems

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science) with 6+ years of experience

- Master's Degree with 4+ years of experience

- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience

- 4+ years of programming experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Master's Degree in STEM discipline

- 7+ years of professional data analysis experience

- Experience with Python, R, Spark, SQL, Tableau, and AWS services

- People management and project management experience

**Salary:**

- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100

- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000

- Riverwoods, IL: $149,800 - $171,000

- Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000
