## Description

Mejuri is a modern fine jewelry retailer that reimagines what fine jewelry can be. The Floor Lead plays a pivotal role on the store leadership team, driving store success by upholding customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Mejuri's values

- Drive sales performance and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Manage inventory, participate in inventory counts, and ensure efficient order fulfillment

- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards

- Support team development, onboarding, and employee relations

Requirements:

- Experience in a high-volume retail environment

- Excellent organization and analytical skills

- Critical thinking ability

- Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
