## Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team at American Honda Motor Company in Anna, Ohio. As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products through data collection and analysis, testing, and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 0-6 years of experience, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for collecting test data, writing technical reports, and proposing countermeasures to quality issues.

**Key Accountabilities:**

- Collect test data using various equipment and methods

- Write technical reports to document analysis and countermeasure activity

- Review and analyze daily reports to identify safety, quality, and delivery gaps

- Develop and implement countermeasures to quality issues

- Support the development of analysis plans for quality concerns

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering

- 0-6 years of experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

**Working Conditions:**

- 50% office area, 40% laboratory area, 10% production areas

- Overtime of approximately 4-8 hours per week

- Less than 5% travel

- Working with hand/power tools, quality gauging, and instrumentation
