## Description

We are seeking a Gym Host/Hostess to join our team at Soho Health Club in Berlin. As the welcoming face of our fitness spaces, you will ensure every member and guest feels recognised and supported, creating a premium and seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Main Tasks:

- Provide a warm and professional welcome, using member names and personalising service wherever possible.

- Manage check-in, bookings, and enquiries for gym use, classes, and personal training.

- Ensure the gym floor and studios are immaculate, with equipment, wipes, and towels consistently replenished.

- Support instructors and trainers with class set-up, guest check-in, and feedback collection.

- Monitor and maintain atmosphere (lighting, music, scent, and temperature) to reflect guest flow.

- Promote upcoming classes, PT packages, retail products, and recovery services. Capture guest feedback and share with management for continuous improvement.
