## Description

As a Delivery Manager at NEXT's Milton Keynes Centre, you will lead a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation. Your goal will be to achieve performance targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation

- Demonstrate a hands-on approach to operational activities

- Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team

- Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes and drive high standards

- Strive to make stock available to customers as soon as possible

- Passionate about customers, people, and products

- Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team
