As a Retail Store Associate, you'll play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. You'll work in a leading retail setting, excelling in a growing, high-impact, customer-focused role. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues

- Focusing on the customer with a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating additional items

- Accurately performing cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision

- Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks

- Supporting opening and closing store activities, when needed

- Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty

- Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed

- Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

To qualify, you'll need:

- At least 16 years of age

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

- Ability to remain upright on your feet for sustained periods

- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally

- Close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading

The typical pay range for this role is: $15 - $25
