## Description

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Operations Specialist to act as a strategic seller and evangelist for Regrello, helping enterprises operationalize Agentforce and agentic AI at scale.

Responsibilities:

- Drive Agentic AI Adoption: Employ your wealth of sales knowledge to position Agentforce Operations as the key solution for scaling AI initiatives such as Agentforce

- Deliver Value-Based Messaging: Target executive decision makers across Automation/AI, Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence, and Risk & Compliance

- Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze sophisticated business problems and craft compelling Points of View

- Manage Full Sales Lifecycles: Own end-to-end B2B sales processes , from pipeline generation and prospecting to qualifying and closing complex enterprise software transactions

- Sustain Continuous Value Post-Deployment: Shift clients from an initial deployment mindset to long-term partnerships

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Value Engineers, Solution Consultants, and Salesforce sales teams

Requirements:

- Proven track record of selling enterprise SaaS, cloud software, or complex business process/workflow automation tools to executive buyers

- Strong technical selling skills including the ability to explain AI-driven process automation solutions to non-technical clients

- A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets within a technical sales environment

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in technology sales
