## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stafford Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues and driving growth

Hours of work:

- Monday 10:00 - 14:00

- Thursday 10:00 - 14:00

- Saturday 10:00 - 14:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
