## Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Universal Banking Service Manager at the Shanghai West Nanjing Road Sub-branch. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert to deliver outstanding service, promote customer experience, and manage customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver excellent customer service to fulfill potential customer needs

- Provide appropriate service to customers

- Manage customer complaints and provide efficient service based on customer needs

- Promote digital/CCSS solution to enhance service efficiency

- Acquire New to Bank customers

- Protect the Bank through vigilance against fraud, Knowing your customer, adhering to regulations/policies, and minimizing operational risk

- Provide coaching to new staff

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- At least 5 years of experience in HSBC WPB roles

- Strong communication, client focus, and influencing skills

- Sound knowledge of HSBC products and services, especially digital channel knowledge

- High potential to be in a sales role within six months

- Result-driven and able to work under pressure

- Local regulatory and license requirements

- Clear understanding of how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk, and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment

- Ability to communicate well in English and local languages
