## Description

As a Senior Test Methodology Engineer at NVIDIA, you will be part of the Operations Engineering team that plays a crucial role in developing new IC products. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of ATE testing.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective ATE testing methods

- Offering creative solutions to improve the test methodology of existing solutions

- Debugging and developing ATE test method code

- Debugging and developing scripting tools

- Debugging and developing web-based tools

- Helping to solve production issues or throughput issues related to test methodology

Requirements:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science

- 5+ years of relevant working experience

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE or other ATE platforms

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ or Java

- Strong problem-solving capabilities

- Effective English communication skills

- Ability to present to technical audiences and generate content for developers

- Critical thinking, solution-focused, and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:

- Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST

- Demonstrated experience in project management or team leadership, with a proven ability to drive collaboration and deliver results

- Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills, good work ethics, and a high sense of teamwork
