## Description

We're looking for a Business Support Officer to join our Children's Care and Support Directorate. In this role, you'll coordinate and deliver a wide range of statutory support functions, from minuting key safeguarding meetings to managing compliance checks and supporting youth justice and court instructed processes.

The successful candidate will be highly organised and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication and minute taking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in minute-taking for complex meetings and managing sensitive data is essential. Confidence using systems like Liquid Logic or Child View, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also required.

As a Business Support Officer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that ensures high-quality, timely, and accurate statutory support across multiple service areas. You'll be comfortable working independently, prioritising tasks, and escalating issues appropriately.
