## Description

We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our Estate Planning team in Co-op Legal Services, based in the UK.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Estate Planning Consultants, ensuring they provide excellent service to clients and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a team of Estate Planning Consultants

- Implementing performance management frameworks

- Training, coaching, and mentoring colleagues

- Supporting B2B partner relationships

- Managing complaint handling and resolution

- Collaborating with key partners across various teams

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience managing remote or field-based teams

- Proven experience in consultative sales

- Experience working in a regulated environment

- Experience managing external partner relationships

- A proven ability to meet sales targets

- Excellent communication skills
