## Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to own department-related strategy and lead a team to maximize business opportunities and achieve objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead brand strategy, planning, and execution

- Review and contribute to brand plans and A&P allocation

- Lead product strategy reviews with cross-functional teams

- Develop key campaigns and execute them excellently

- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure results delivery

- Manage a team

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Medical or Medicine; Master's degree and MBA preferred

- Proficient in oral and written English

- 7+ years of marketing experience; people management experience is a plus
