## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with neurological or respiratory experience to join our brand-new Lakefields Neurological Centre in Chigwell, Essex. As a Staff Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you will be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team providing high levels of personal and rehabilitative care to people of all ages with neurological and long-term conditions.

You will work as part of and lead wider teams alongside your therapy colleagues to deliver individualized care, maintaining accurate records.

The role includes working with individuals with physical disabilities, tracheostomies, ventilated needs, and other complex rehabilitation needs. Responsibilities:

- Provide high levels of personal and rehabilitative care to people of all ages with neurological and long-term conditions

- Work as part of and lead wider teams alongside therapy colleagues to deliver individualized care

- Maintain accurate records

- Physical work with individuals with limited mobility, offering personal care

Requirements:

- Relevant nursing qualification

- Spinal injury experience

- NMC registration

- Strong team-working skills

- High level of self-motivation and a flexible approach

- Positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate
